I'm getting a move on for my fall photo project. I'm going to be emulating the work of Alfred Cheney Johnston. Very classical poses, nothing to expansive. Fairly simple portrait stuff. Very easy sitting. Will probably spend maybe 100 shots on each model. Ranging from clothed to Implied nudity. Partial nudity (top) not required but if you're comfortable with it, it can be utilized. I can offer TFP/TFCD. This project will be shot on film. So the turn around time for your images might be a couple days longer than I'm sure you'd like. There will also be some digital shots as a test which also be included. YOU WILL receive all material shot of you in one form or another. Wardrobe is a concern right now. I do not have the means of obtaining much short of a theatrical supply store, which would increase my expenses. So if you have any means of purchasing or borrowing, or stealing, I need very old garb, lots of frills, elegant lacy things, even gypsy'esque kind of stuff, belly dancing, flapper kind of stuff. Goodwills, resell, and thrift shops seem to be the way to go both economically and selectionally. I will consider compensation for the wardrobe up to 50%. Shooting location is yet to be determined. Could be South City or could be St. Charles. Will update soon. Have a look at the photos and if you come up with any other ideas, let me know. I'd love to hear them.
